The San Diego Young Artists Music Academy in partnership with the San Diego Police Department (Southeast division) and The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation and other community members are requesting to partner with your Company for support of this year’s 3rd Annual Peace in These Streets community Festival and concert. The event is being planned for Saturday, October 28th 2017, and will be held at the Jacobs Center Friendship Park 404 Euclid Ave San Diego, CA 92114. The theme for this year’s event will be a Safe Halloween and Peaceful Community”.

Our Goal is to continue bringing together the many different cultures, organizations, services and businesses within our diverse community of San Diego to help promote a safer and healthier quality of life. Last year’s event was a huge success and we will build on that. We are planning to have a major concert and music competition presented by the famous Eddie Baltrip and Fulfillment Enterprises. We will also have local youth perform who have been practicing all year long for this event. There will also be a major community health fair, providing free health screenings, as well as other business and community based vendors who will disseminate information about their goods and services. We are expecting a large crowd this year and will be advertising the event on radio, TV, newspaper and social media. This major free event will bring the community together for a positive peaceful day that will strongly promote health and wellness as well as enhance the Arts in our community.

We are hoping that your company will support and join us in making a strong impact in our community this year. Attached please find sponsorship information. We would love to promote you as a sponsor of this wonderful event and add your name to the growing list of supporters.

Thank you,

George Hill, Executive Director
