San Diego Young Artists Music Academy Scholarship Program.
San Diego Young Artists Music Academy (SDYAMA) is a 501 ( c) 3 nonprofit that offers a variety of after-school and summer programs to every adolescent in need of our program, no matter their socioeconomic, racial, religious or cultural background. Southeast San Diego is one of San Diego's most diversely prolific urban communities plagued by gang violence, drug trafficking and poverty. Currently SDYAMA is the only non-profit organization providing programs of its kind in Southeast San Diego and 90% of our students are on our Scholarship Program. In order for us to continue providing these valuable programs at little to no cost to our students we are asking for your donations to go towards our rapidly diminishing scholarship funds.
Because we are a nonprofit organization that was formed to server low/no income families and to fulfill our mission with providing services. We do not receive any government grants so we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. The San Diego Young Artists Music Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization FEIN 33-0810289. Your contribution to the foundation is tax deductible.
